These flaps are beaded hide with two Thunderbirds on each. The beads, including early whitehearts, indicate around 1860-70. The spurs are obviously hand forged and appear to be from the same time period as the flaps.

MicMac Presentation Cloth

This early (1850's) MicMac cloth was probably made as a presentation piece, perhaps to be used over a candle stand. The beading is exquisite and the cloth in excellent condition as well. There is some fraying to the ribbon edging. This is a fine example of early Northeastern beadwork.

Lakota Sioux Doll

This a wonderful example of a completely original early Lakota Sioux doll. She has great charm and lots of wonderful elements, including beaded leggings, bone or shell earrings, and beaded elk tooth style dress. Her dress is somewhat fragile in a few places, but otherwise, she is great.
Circa 1870
